Why I built QST
I built QST out of frustration. The other platforms I found were expensive, and syncing in the wrong direction risked changing my Shopify inventory. I knew because it had happened before.
At first, it was just for me. I struggle to repeat work I have already completed, so I would end up not listing products in places I should. I was saving my sanity, but losing sales.
The idea was simple: read information from Shopify without writing anything back, let me make changes inside the tool, and create the resources needed to list elsewhere quickly.

From Shopify product to Listing Pack
Shopify Dashboard: prepare your first Listing Pack
- Install QST Listing Workspace and open it from Apps in Shopify Admin.
- Choose a marketplace, find your product and check its listing copy, images and price.
- Select your products and download a Listing Pack, CSV or Workspace Pack, ready to use on your chosen marketplace.
- Keep a downloaded pack so your prepared content is ready when you need it.
QST Desktop: publish to eBay
- Download and install QST Desktop for Windows.
- Generate a pairing code in the Shopify Dashboard and enter it in QST Desktop.
- Connect your eBay account and set your seller policies, dispatch location and listing defaults.
- Choose one product or select your catalogue, review the listings and click Publish to eBay.
- Follow each listing or update in QST, with its result recorded alongside the product.

If products are not loading, reopen QST from Shopify Admin. For an empty export, check your selection and filters. Still stuck? Contact support with your QST version, what you were doing and the message you saw.

QST, explained plainly
Can I publish one product or a whole catalogue?
Yes. Select one product or your whole catalogue in QST Desktop, then click Publish to eBay. QST works through the selection and checks each listing or update, so you can follow the results in one place.
Can I try QST before paying?
Yes. QST includes a fully functional 30-day free trial. After the trial, choose US$9.99 monthly or US$99 yearly through Shopify.
Do I need QST Desktop to use the Shopify app?
No. QST Listing Workspace can review products and create downloadable packs by itself. Use QST Desktop when you want seller-approved direct eBay publishing, local image preparation and the deeper Windows workflow.
Can QST change my Shopify products?
No. QST uses read-only Shopify access. It can read the product information needed for listing preparation, but it cannot overwrite your Shopify catalogue.
Does connecting eBay publish automatically?
No. You still review the listing and choose the publish action. QST Desktop does not start publishing simply because an eBay account is connected.
Can QST help with Etsy, Vinted and other marketplaces?
Yes. QST can create marketplace listing packs containing reusable text and images for manual workflows. Direct publishing is currently the eBay capability in QST Desktop.
