Prepare marketplace listings without changing Shopify products

Your Shopify listing is built for your shop. An eBay title, an Etsy description or a different lead image can help you present the same product to another audience. QST lets you prepare those marketplace versions while keeping the catalogue you already maintain in Shopify unchanged.

QST reads your Shopify products. Its preparation tools work on marketplace drafts, so you can adapt the listing without replacing the product record in your own shop.

What you can change in a QST draft

Open a product's listing review in the Shopify Dashboard to work on its marketplace title, description, price, variants and image choices. Those choices shape the listing you prepare and the pack you download.

For example, your shop might call a product “Ocean Swirl”. For a marketplace, you could write a more descriptive title that includes the type of item, material and colour. Your Shopify product can keep its original name, description, price and image order.

The same separation is useful when choosing images. Select the pictures you want for the marketplace draft without rearranging the original Shopify gallery.

Pick the workspace for the job

Shopify Dashboard: browse and filter the catalogue, select products, edit marketplace drafts, check readiness and download Listing Packs, CSVs or Workspace Packs. Everything starts inside Shopify Admin, and Desktop is optional for these tasks.

QST Desktop for Windows: add local image preparation, title assistance and direct eBay publishing. Pair Desktop with your Shopify installation, connect your eBay seller account and choose the products to publish. QST checks the result of each listing or update.

For Etsy, Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree, use your prepared Listing Pack to complete the destination's listing form. This gives you a useful starting point across marketplaces with different requirements.

Where your prepared work lives

Dashboard draft and image choices are saved in your browser. Download a copy of work you want to keep, particularly before moving to another device or clearing browser data. The Shopify catalogue stays available as the source for your next preparation session.

Publishing from Desktop creates or updates the selected eBay listing. It leaves the source Shopify product unchanged. Manage ongoing inventory and orders through your chosen process across your selling channels; QST focuses on preparing and publishing the listings.

Try it with a product you know

Choose one Shopify product, open its listing review and adapt the title for a marketplace. Download a Listing Pack and compare it with the original product in Shopify. You will see the marketplace version alongside the shop listing you already had.
