Refund policy
Overview
This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and support requests work for Q-MER.CH physical products, digital products, QST Listing Workspace, QST Desktop, and related services.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the situation.
Exceptions And Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of physical items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalised items, personal care goods, and gift cards.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Physical Product Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. It can take time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Digital Products, Software, And Downloads
Digital products, software downloads, licence files, installer downloads, and access to software services cannot be returned in the same way as physical items.
Unless required by law, digital products and software downloads are generally non-returnable once access, download, installation, pairing, or activation has started.
If you have a technical issue with QST Desktop, QST Listing Workspace, an installer, a download, or a software service, contact us first. We will try to help with troubleshooting, replacement downloads, setup guidance, or a suitable remedy where appropriate.
QST Listing Workspace Subscriptions
QST Listing Workspace subscriptions for Shopify App Store users are billed through Shopify App Pricing or Shopify's billing systems.
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and billing terms are shown during Shopify plan approval. To avoid future app charges, uninstall QST Listing Workspace from Shopify Admin before the next billing cycle or before the end of the trial period shown by Shopify.
Uninstalling the app stops future billing cycles, but it may not automatically remove or refund charges that have already been generated, invoiced, or paid through Shopify.
QST App Refund Or Credit Requests
If you believe a QST Listing Workspace charge is incorrect, duplicated, made in error, or should be reviewed, contact us at:

Please include:
- your Shopify store domain
- the charge amount
- the charge date
- the invoice or bill reference if available
- the date you installed or uninstalled the app, if relevant
- the reason for the refund or credit request
We review QST app refund and credit requests case by case. If a refund or credit is approved for a Shopify-billed app charge, it will be handled through Shopify's app billing tools and subject to Shopify's billing rules and technical limitations.
Yearly Subscriptions
If you choose a yearly QST Listing Workspace subscription, the yearly price is charged according to the terms shown during Shopify plan approval.
Yearly subscription refunds are reviewed case by case. We do not guarantee automatic pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
QST Desktop
QST Desktop is an optional Windows companion for merchants who want advanced local workflows. QST Listing Workspace can be used without installing QST Desktop.
If you have a QST Desktop issue, contact support and include your QST Desktop version, Windows version, the error message shown, and what you were trying to do.
