QST Support

For QST Listing Workspace and QST Desktop support, email:

Please include:

  • your Shopify store domain
  • whether you are using QST Listing Workspace in Shopify Admin or QST Desktop on Windows
  • what you were trying to do
  • what happened instead
  • any visible error message
  • screenshots or screen recordings if helpful, but do not send passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or payment details

Shopify App Billing

QST Listing Workspace billing for Shopify App Store users is handled through Shopify. To manage your plan, open QST Listing Workspace from Shopify Admin and use the plan or subscription controls shown there.

For billing support, email:

Include your store domain and a short description of the billing question.

Privacy And Data Requests

For privacy, deletion, data access, or app uninstall questions, email:

qst.support@q-mer.ch

Use the subject line:

QST privacy request

Please include the Shopify store domain connected to the request so we can identify the correct app installation.

QST Desktop Pairing

If you are using QST Desktop pairing, generate a pairing code inside QST Listing Workspace and enter it in QST Desktop. Pairing codes are short-lived. If a code expires, generate a new one from the Shopify app.

If pairing fails, email qst.support@q-mer.ch and include:

  • the Shopify store domain
  • the QST Desktop version
  • the time the error happened
  • the error message shown in QST Desktop or the Shopify app
