This website is operated by Q-MER.CH. Throughout the site and these terms, "Q-MER.CH", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Q-MER.CH. "You" means the person, business, merchant, store, customer, or visitor using our website, products, services, software, downloads, documentation, or support.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of Q-MER.CH, QST Listing Workspace, QST Desktop, and related Q-MER.CH services, tools, downloads, documentation, and support.
By accessing our website, purchasing from us, installing or using QST Listing Workspace, downloading QST Desktop, or contacting us for support, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced on this page. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website, QST Listing Workspace, QST Desktop, or related services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependants to use this site.
You must not use our website, products, services, or software for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright, trade mark, data protection, consumer protection, marketplace, export, or software laws.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, destructive code, unauthorised scripts, or anything designed to interfere with the website, software, infrastructure, accounts, or third-party services.
We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.
QST Listing Workspace
QST Listing Workspace is an embedded Shopify Admin app that helps merchants review store product data, prepare marketplace-ready listing drafts, save preparation records, and download export files such as CSV, listing pack, workspace pack, and review summary exports.
The Shopify app is designed to work inside Shopify Admin. It uses read-only product access for the main workflow and does not write product changes back to your Shopify catalogue.
QST Listing Workspace does not require an eBay account for its core review and export workflow.
Local Drafts And Exports
Draft edits, image choices, export setup notes, saved preparation records, and downloaded files are preparation tools. They help you review and prepare listing information before using it elsewhere.
You are responsible for checking all listing content before using it on any marketplace or sales channel, including titles, descriptions, prices, images, SKUs, categories, dispatch information, policies, taxes, legal requirements, and marketplace-specific rules.
QST does not guarantee that any marketplace, sales channel, or third-party service will accept a listing, category, policy, image, export file, or product.
Optional QST Desktop
QST Desktop is an optional Windows companion for merchants who want advanced local workflows. QST Listing Workspace can be used without installing QST Desktop.
Desktop features may require a compatible Windows device, local permissions, local storage, desktop pairing, and optional marketplace authentication. You are responsible for keeping your device, operating system, files, passwords, credentials, marketplace accounts, and access tokens secure.
Marketplace Connections
Some optional desktop workflows may connect to third-party marketplaces such as eBay if you choose to authenticate those services.
Third-party marketplaces and services are governed by their own terms, policies, fees, restrictions, and technical rules. You are responsible for complying with those rules.
QST can help prepare listing data, but it does not replace your own business, legal, tax, accounting, marketplace, product safety, consumer protection, or compliance review.
Billing
For Shopify App Store users, QST Listing Workspace subscription billing is handled through Shopify App Pricing or Shopify's billing systems. We do not ask Shopify App Store users to pay for the Shopify app through an off-platform checkout.
Plan selection, trial status, subscription changes, cancellation, and billing history are managed through Shopify where applicable.
Other products, services, or downloads offered through Q-MER.CH may be sold through our website or another clearly stated checkout. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, software, feature, download, or content at any time, subject to applicable law.
Products And Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may be limited and are subject to refund, return, or cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase or in our published policies.
We try to describe products, services, software, screenshots, colours, images, features, pricing, and availability accurately. We do not guarantee that your device, browser, monitor, operating system, store, marketplace account, or third-party service will display or operate everything exactly as shown.
We may limit sales of our products or services to any person, business, geographic region, or jurisdiction where legally appropriate. We may discontinue any product or service at any time.

- attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, tokens, data, or services
- upload or transmit malicious code
- misuse exported files, credentials, OAuth tokens, pairing codes, support channels, or third-party integrations
- scrape, spam, phish, impersonate another person, or mislead us or others
- interfere with or circumvent security features of the website, software, or related services
We may suspend or terminate access to services if we believe these terms have been breached.
Merchant And Customer Responsibility
You remain responsible for your store, products, product data, marketplace listings, customer obligations, seller policies, shipping settings, tax settings, legal requirements, marketplace compliance, and business decisions.
You are responsible for reviewing exported files, listing drafts, marketplace content, downloaded files, and any information you copy or upload elsewhere.
Availability
We aim to keep Q-MER.CH and QST reliable and useful, but we provide the website, software, downloads, and services on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every store, product, browser, device, marketplace, operating system, third-party API, or account configuration.
We may update, suspend, change, remove, or discontinue parts of Q-MER.CH, QST Listing Workspace, QST Desktop, documentation, downloads, or support from time to time.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our website, products, services, software, downloads, and documentation are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, except where warranties cannot legally be excluded.
We do not warrant that the results obtained from using QST, exported files, listing drafts, or website content will be accurate, reliable, accepted by a marketplace, commercially successful, or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-MER.CH and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, marketplace access, sales, opportunity, or replacement costs.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q-MER.CH and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, your marketplace listings, your exported files, your submitted content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed where necessary. The remaining terms will continue in effect.
Termination
These terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may stop using our website, products, software, and services at any time.
