Prepare marketplace Listing Packs from Shopify
Keep the product work you have already done. QST Listing Workspace turns your Shopify catalogue into a practical starting point for your next marketplace listing, with product selection, draft editing, readiness checks and downloadable packs inside Shopify Admin.
You can prepare your first Listing Pack in the Dashboard without installing Desktop. Start with one product, then use the same workflow for a selected batch.
1. Find the products you want to list
Open QST Listing Workspace in Shopify Admin and choose Products. Search by title, SKU or tag, or use the available filters to narrow your catalogue. Tick one product to begin, select several items, or choose all shown products for the batch you are working on.
Click a product row to open its listing review. The row opens the details; the selection boxes choose the products included in your download.
2. Choose a marketplace and refine the draft
Choose the pack target, then review the title, description, price, variants and images. Adapt the wording to that marketplace's audience while keeping your original Shopify listing as it is.
Use the readiness notes to spot missing details. For a handmade item, useful details might include its dimensions, material, colour and what the buyer receives. Check these against the product, then edit the QST draft so the listing is ready to work from.
When preparing several products, the batch controls help apply your chosen draft settings across the selection. Review the selected products before downloading, especially where sizes, variants or descriptions differ.
3. Download the format that fits your task
- Listing Pack: prepared listing text to use while completing your marketplace listings. Image references point you to the source pictures.
- CSV: a spreadsheet-friendly export for reviewing the selected product and variant information.
- Workspace Pack: the QST workspace data for keeping a copy of the work you have prepared.
Open your downloaded file and use its contents for the next step. Keep a saved copy of work you want to return to: Dashboard draft choices are kept in your browser, so a download is useful when changing devices or clearing browser data.
4. Complete your marketplace listing
For Etsy, Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree, open the marketplace's listing form and use the prepared text and image references to complete it. Choose its category, add the requested details and upload your pictures, then publish there when you are ready.
Each marketplace has its own listing fields and seller requirements. A pack brings your product information together so you can focus on the final choices for that destination, instead of starting again with a blank form.

Make your next batch easier
Work through a small, related group first, such as products from the same collection. Once the draft settings suit that group, use search, filters and selection to move through more of your catalogue. Your Shopify source products stay unchanged throughout.
